EG: 91.124.0.0/16 is now so compromised they might as well just wind-up the company... but wait!... I just remembered! - of course they wouldn't - a botted network = much used bandwidth for ISP = loads of dollars from the customers!

Hey! ISP's love botnets! *And* spam too. Loads of spam for keeping the wires to full capacity.
