    Yep, we have been told there will be a riser from the desk for the decks.. So as soon as the studio is complete, we can expect a return to live mixing on air.. this having to do it the day before crap is just tedious.. and the irritting thing is, when i do it live, i rarely make a balls of it, but at home, i just can`t help messing up sometimes!!! Although at home i tend to be braver, and go for MAJOR long mixes.. Tonight's hour 2 is just such a mix - not military precision as you'd expect, but i ride the mixes for 3-4 minutes each time..

      This was the moment the new desk was booted for the first time... i missed the channel headings lighting up.. i'll get them when they are config'd properly

        i hate having to be forced to make a mix tape.. its all the pressure of people expecting a really good mix.. while whens its live and off the hook theres a better flow.. same goes for just messing about at home.. <--best mixes ever
