indeed.. cc3 - control cubicle 3. Built in 1972, rebuild in 1982, and demilished in 2005. the only studio in the building capable of running vinyl records, and the place wher Power, McCabe, G-Ster and Springer spent their times..

It`s to be replace with a state-of-the-arse digital studio.. (1 fader)

                RIP CC3

                CC3

what a fantastic studio, my favourite part of RTE, and now they've taken that away too..

that poor desk, even if it never realy worked properly i still loved it. had some terrific nights in there, anybody remember those all night broadcasts we did after homelands? the x-mas day parties(pass the dutch springer) the time sandy riveria got so waisted he had to go back to his hotel to sleep it off before his set in mono??

                Those we're the days.

                    CC3 - UPDATE!

As you can see, the last 2 weeks have been a bit of a mess.. but it is coming along nicely.. The first piccy show the new carpet, which i had the pleasure of a roll n' sniff of last week, and the 2nd piccy shows the WIP on the console..
