In fairness, I could care less about the show, but I know a lot of people like it and more importantly I have a cousin who works on the show and she gets a bonus for the amount of people she can get on the facebook page , so uh, help please guys

ive made some big changes in my lifestyle this year, no more fry's bar the odd one, no more vodka, only smoking when im out, playing soccer once a week and drinking less fizzy drinks ad more water.
