dont bother buying one man

yes they were a great bit of kit and the staple of electronic music for years, but get something like an akai mpc, or a sampler and itll be infinitely more useful these days

909s are tragically limited compared to whats available now

true, check out the new range of korg electribes...these sound the berries. we have a few of the older models & theyd kick the 909s arse, but the new 1s............see for yourself here
