                  Hi:Fi Ireland explodes in jaw dropping style with the announcement that The Prodigy, The Streets, DJ ******, Paul Oakenfold, Ian Brown, Razorlight, Mylo, Deep Dish, Carl Cox, Roger Sanchez, Sasha & Digweed, Audio Bullys, Cagedbaby, Tiga, Vitalic plus many more are set to headline a new style of festival on 5 & 6 August Bank Holiday weekend 2006 at the crossroads of Ireland at Belvedere House, Mullingar, Westmeath subject to licence. Strictly over 18's. ID required.

                  Hi:Fi Ireland is a sister festival to the UK's breakthrough Hi:Fi North and South festivals which take place on the weekend of 27 and 28 May in Newcastle Upon Tyne and Winchester near London, embracing the new movement of style and taste whereby the audience is more concerned with listening to quality music than being pigeon holed and being told what to listen to. Hi:Fi Irelands line up reflects the diversity and tastes of the iPod generation.

                  The marriage of Hi:Fi's musical talent with the spectacular setting of Belvedere House's landscaped gardens and lakeside setting is going to mean a very special weekend for 25,000 people!

                  The HI:FI Line Up
                  Joining The Prodigy, The Streets, DJ ******, Paul Oakenfold, Ian Brown, Razorlight, Mylo, Deep Dish, Carl Cox, Roger Sanchez, Sasha & Digweed, Audio Bullys, Cagedbaby, Tiga, Vitalic are bands including Sh*t Disco, Art Brut, The Presets, My Robot Friend, Infadels, New Young Pony Club, Mainline, Channel One and Porn Trauma. Plus Superstar DJ's Judge Jules, Armin Van Burrin, Ferry Corsten, James Zabiela, Steve Lawler, Alecko, Infadels, Above and Beyond, Marco V, Danny Howells, James Lavelle, Col Hamilton, MYNC Project, Eddie Halliwell, Eric Prydz, Shapeshifters, Nic Fancuilli. Plus much more to be announced!

                  Early bird ticket offer: Full Weekend tickets including camping can be bought for only 130 euro (including booking fee) for a limited time only. Offer ends 1 June. Weekend tickets including camping 150 euro (including booking fee) after 1 June.

                  Free On Site Car Parking
                  Free on site car parking for the weekend will be provided for Hi:Fi ticket holders. The car parking site will be clearly signposted and opens Friday 4 August at 12 noon.

                  Transport
                  Located at the crossroads of Ireland, the festival is easily accessible and serviced by train, bus routes and motorway. Additional train and bus services will run across the weekend to cater for the festival goers.

                  There are regular train and Bus Eireann coach services to Mullingar. Belvedere is 4 miles from Mullingar on the N52 Mullingar to Tullamore road.
                  Traffic from Dublin and North use M50 to N4 / M4 to Mullingar then N52 Traffic from west use N6 to N52 site is 6 miles from froim N6 / N52 junction. Traffic from south use N8 to Portlaoise then N80 to Tullamore N52 to site.

                  Camping
                  Campsite opens: Bank holiday Friday 4 August at 12 noon.
