              dublin is only 2hrs 20mins from cork if you do it at 4am.. 3hrs if you go the pretty route to avoid falling asleep at the wheel. The train is strictly for pissheads, and the bus is not an option, unless of coarse it`s YOUR bus, then it can take up to 12 hours to get there.

              i seem to remember the walkup at these things bieng pretty small, most of the main body are not locals on a chancer - they buy tickets and travel for big events.. not sure how the dublin/east-coast crew feel about travel though - they are so used to having everything on their doorstep..

              still, it`s great that there are so many big events on - and at this scale, people really make an effort.

                  From sligo thats how long it takes! shud be in dublin,handy to head up with a few of the shams and have a few cans a dutch in the car park b4 the tunes haha!

                    its a good change, dunno if many of ye from dublin will head but like when we go to gk in dub ta would always meep people from all over the country so maybe the lads from dublin will pay us a visit!
