Jan Liefhebber founded the renowned Highland Beats record label in 1995. Highland Beats is one of the most respected techno labels around featuring many prestigious artists. Jan started up his own record store aged just 20 and helped to set up the techno department of Triple Vision Record Distribution. He is also the brain behind the successful labels Klirfactor, Body Art Form and Highland Beats Limited. Jan currently runs Dataflow Record store in Nijmegen, Holland. Jan initially made a name for his DJ sets at underground parties in Holland. The word soon spread and he broke through internationally, performing more often abroad than in his native Holland. Since then, thing have changed and he has performed at mny of Holland's largest events (Dance valley, Awakenings Festival, Ground Zero, Emporium, Defqon, Teqnology...) Jan is well known for his productions with studio partner and Nimbuz and his remixes are in demand. Recent projects include remixes of the classic tracks "Set up 707" and "Trippin' out" and Hertz' hit "Breaker". He has released on prolific labels including Highland Beats, Klirfactor, Sway, Fresh Grind, X-Trax, Synopsis, Acero and many more. Jan lives for music, which has proved to be the success factor of his labels, record shop and DJ career. Jan Liefhebber is resident of the Technotrixx nights at the Matrixx in Nijmegen. You can also seen Jan perform at many major European dance events.

    CLARE LARGE
    MIXES : http://intelligentaudio.net/clarelarge/music.php

    Biography
An incredible energy, spirit and passion behind the decks...

Clare Large is one of the UKs most hardworking, dedicated, exciting and versatile DJs. She was introduced to music aged 8 when she started playing the harp. She's taken it busking all around her home of Cornwall, provided entertainment at weddings, given lessons, recorded a session improvised for Opus 3, played in orchestras and still plays all sorts of gigs with it today.

Going to raves and clubs in the SW of England from about 94 onwards inspired her to start DJing and create her own style. She's played at all kinds of clubs, bars, radio shows, afterhours, free parties, festivals and unusual parties around the world, and lined up with the best in the business. She's played on and organised many extensive tours of America, Bulgaria, China, Canada, Mexico and India, and has also undertaken sponsored tours, day events and promotions in addition to her own nights and her residencies.

Clares open minded attitude embracing all styles of music make her incredibly versatile. She can play a huge variety of sets; from a 10+ hour chill out set, to peak time hard techno, she welcomes the variety and has the record collection to back it up! She's best known for relentless, slamming and quirky techno, and tech and deep house, and really loves eclectic broken beat and nu-jazz sets, and also downtempo, lounge and ambient/chill out.

Clare absolutely loves DJing and is passionate about music. She's setting up her own record label in the near future, featuring tracks of all genres in the deep tech vein; her own and from other exciting artists. She has a live PA nearly ready to go of original tracks and is collaborating with many people. She intends to use her musical background to innovate and challenge not just the sounds we hear but HOW we hear them. She's very involved in surround sound mixing and binaural possibilities.

Clare has a degree (BSc), an HND in Music Technology and Sound Engineering, and she engineers and produces every sort of music. Her diverse tastes make her adaptable, very open minded and extremely versatile. She is always smiling behind the decks! She is approachable, friendly, amiable and enthusiastic. If you book her, your crowds WILL WANT MORE!!!
