The torrent link works fine.. You should make sure of a few simple things in the settings of your torrent software:

* always change the ports from the default settings as most internet providers choke the default ports, and some block them totally
* if you are on a network with other machines, make sure you fix your machine's IP address, & foward the ports you choose to your machine in the NAT section of your modem
* search google for torrenting tips
