2FM Sessions Tour @ The Grill Letterkenny John Power & Mr Spring - TRACK ID REQUEST

I'm hoping someone is able to track ID these 2 tracks from the Mr Spring "2FM Sessions Tour @ The Grill Letterkenny" in 2000.

The first track sounds familiar as I'm sure Judge Jules has played this track. I just can't remember the name.
The second track I just have no idea what it could be.

First one i have no idea, sounds like something Jules would also have played for sure, and it has a whack of YOMANDA off it. The second one is a mrspring track, I do not recall if it had a release, but it was called MAYBE WE ARE ALL INSANE at the time.

Both the final mixes and the parts/samples were recovered during the 'great covid lockdown of 20/21', so it will ride again at some stage.
