use this to make a bootable cdrom that will start your machine in windows 98se FROM A CD..

usefull for doing things like making a bootfloppy to upgrade a sampler or whatnot pre-XP and NTFS..

if u use the .cue file to burn with - you will have to edit it to correctly point to the .bin file.. use wordpad or kwrite, or if you are a mac user, boil your neck.. (usual)
